Get back into the game
A few simple checks solve the most common browser-game problems.
Give the first load a moment
Some 3D games download a larger game package on their first launch. Keep the tab open while the loading bar moves, especially on a mobile connection.
Click inside the player
A game may wait for a click before enabling sound or keyboard input. Activate its Play button, then click the game area once before using the controls.
Try a fresh launch
Use Restart below the player to reload the frame. If the connection was interrupted, this starts a new loading attempt without navigating away from the game page.
Check the browser and connection
Use an updated browser with WebGL enabled for 3D titles. Some partner games also load services from their provider. If a blocking extension stops the launch, review its settings for the game, or use Open game to try the provider’s page.
